LC's Goals for the Week of 4/4
11 Weeks to go before phili.
I thought I'd publish want I want to do this week so I can't back out of it.
Running: 16 miles total (2 x 6 miles and 1 x 4 miles)
Biking: 40 miles total (2 x 20 miles)
swimming: 6000 yards total (2 x 3000 yards)
This amounts to 7 workouts in either 5 or 6 days. This should be a challenge for me to get done but I really feel like I should be doing at least this much each week to adequately prepare for this race.
