This week's Training
After posting the last blog, i thought it might be useful if we all post our weekly workouts (a little extra incentive not to be a slacker) My workouts this week were pretty modest but I'm working on finding the time and energy to do more.
To kick it off here's what I did this week:
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 5 mi. Run
Wednesday: 3 mi. Run
Thursday: 15 mi. Bike
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 45 min Spinning/ 1.5 mi. run
Sunday: 6 mi run OR skiing
