Ryan weighing in from Denver...

Ok. So this is Ryan Igleheart, also posting under the name 'Sarah and Lauren'. Cause I've always wanted to be tough like them(see their first post). Not a girl, but tough. I am going to use this site to motivate me to actually train. For those of yu who don't know, I just moved from NYC to Denver. It's cold out here, I work long hours, and then on the weekends I end up skiing and snowboarding rather than . That's my confession, but I'm afraid the only way to absolve myself is to stop complaining and get down to it. So in the spirit of turning over a new leaf, I woke up this morning and ran 4 miles before work, which was a good start.
