Lauren is making me look bad...
Monday: 3 mile run/8 mile bike
Tuesday:3 mile run/Lifted (mostly arms)
Wednesday: 2.5 mile run/Lifted (arms and legs)
Thursday: Lifted...too many beers!
Friday: slept
Saturday: 45 minutes spinning/1.5 mile run
Sunday: according to lauren i am going to be doing a 6 mile run
